The consultation is an opportunity for me to learn about you, your journey, and your goals, and create a personalized, tailored plan to support your success.

The consultations are one hour long, and I reserve an additional hour afterwards in case you choose to receive a session. Generally, the first session is Life Activation. All full-length sessions are $300. If you're sure you do not wish to receive a session afterward, please note that during your appointment booking.
